The Coronavirus crisis has had a huge impact on all of our lives. In the name of safety we closed our doors on 23rd March along with many other businesses across the country. With lockdown measures due to be gently lifted in the coming weeks and months, we will be starting some services with strict measures in place to ensure safety of everyone concerned.

Collection/ drop off procedure

Social distancing practices will be in place between ourselves and our Geopaw family members, staying at least two metres apart at all times. When we collect your dog, please have them ready (in harness) and on lead. Whilst staying at the door of your property, allow your dog to approach us. We will then clip our own lead onto your dog. This process will be reversed when dropping your dog off. If you are not at home, we will wipe down all door handles that we contact.

Strict hygiene

We will continue to implement our high standard of hygiene. Hand sanitising before, during and after walks. All bedding will be thoroughly washed and the van disinfected after each walk. We advise our Geopaw family members to wash harnesses/ collars after returning from walks.
